Relapse yesterday

I’m just really embarrassed because I relapsed yesterday and I was sprawled out in the yard. I was so intoxicated I couldn’t move, could barely see and people kept stopping to help and my case worker had to keep warding them off. I’m humiliated and I don’t know how to face her today.
