I am a smoker and I think you shouldn’t take it back up. You’ve done a excellent job in getting this far and you should stick to it I believe. Great work

@Frankie13 appreciate this advice, although I somewhat fear as I can no longer drink alcohol and I choose to not go back to smoking cigarettes… my craving for a emotional crutch in life; are the habit’s I may have likely to be any better or worse (which might sound some what crazy; as that choice is mine alone!)

It's both. Since you are feel distressed and your smoking habit wants to start again like "just one cigarette".
Distract yourself, doing chores or anything keeping you busy from thinking of smoking again.

Try to occupy yourself with some other habit so that you won't have time to get back to cigarettes again

Congrats on quitting 👍. Try walking ,twice a day ! Worked for me over 30 years ago 😊
