I’ve been a non smoker 82 days; and after a crazy mixture of good and bad over the holiday season I have a crazy urge to start again. For medical reasons I can no longer drink alcohol and emotions seem to always be my vulnerability to returning to my smoking habit. Please share your opinion

Try to occupy yourself with some other habit so that you won't have time to get back to cigarettes again
