The theory of relativity applies in all domains
Thus to get accuracy you have to establish a third dimension ... sometimes a fourth to achieve your objective
For example, if you are on a roller coaster and throw a water balloon at your friend at the front, while on a high speed turn ... you will never hit your friend
The throw will always be imprecise ... unless you take into account several additional factors ... the triangulation factors
Learned this in a factory

Calibration.Set targets at a known distance.When you hit the target set your sights to that distance.Add lots of practice for first time hits.
