I went to bed at 23:15 last night and was still awake at gone 3am I'm so tired now but my body wakes me up now no matter what, does this mean I don't need more sleep?
Something plagues your mind. An inch that cannot be scratched. A tune in your head. A cricket in the darkened corner of your room. Pillows too hard or soft. Feet hot, body cold. The lies that he told you. The truth known. It's always something. And it's getting very old.
It might mean that, but could also be caused by anxiety or stress. You could try cutting out on alcohol and coffee to see if that makes a difference too.
I watched a TV programme and a sleep expert suggested that you don't go to bed until you are sleepy then get up when you wake up. Then take a nap or naps during the day when you need then. Seems ok for those who don't work.
No it means ...your not at ease :) ... gt across that mountain...you could do it.... (cos you can fly across) ... throw the baggage out ! And you need 8 hrs of sleep....after that.... with a man who feels truly lucky 😍
@LeighJames just a doctor told me once you should teat your bed as your friend..if you're not tired stay up, read a book, milky hot drink.
I've been like that though, just laying awake, not actually with any worries or anything on my mind. It begins to irritate after a while and keeps me awake longer..
