Do you run while breathing through your nose or your mouth also?

I try to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth.

Dunno, the last time I had to run I was more worried about the Blue and red lights behind me to notice.

Both. I don’t run much but I notice I usually breathe through both when I bike.
