Ha haaa .... yes. But it's also progressive in the other direction. Lose a few pounds, suck in the gut, get a haircut, polish your shoes, start shaving every day ..... wow, LOOK! my two socks match! Time to pitch out all those old scuffed up shoes, faded polo shirts and replace my ragged jeans.
@Heartlander Oh yes! My husband was calling me Rubenesque and I could buy it at 152 or so, but when I got up to 160, sorry, there was just no way for me to like it on my frame.
@anoderod55 Thanks! It's more like 18 pounds now. Not sure I actually want to go further, since I don't get to pick the parts of my body that are losing the weight! But I have to stay vigilant just to stay where I am.
@Poppies understand . building muscle too ! if you feel you have lost enough , then just do weight training . helps the immune system too . good luck . :-) basically got to stay active .
