I am so Thankful
I am thankful for feeling happy this morning. I am thankful that after many stressors that have taken place this year, I have not let it break me, and I have continued to work on myself. I am thankful for the set-backs that have taken place and have given me an opportunity to learn from them. I am thankful to my parents for always being a support when I need them.
I am thankful that I have an opportunity to pursue new interests this year, and I have gotten into learning how to code and do photoshop. I am thankful for my supportive friends, whom I can share anything with without fear of judgment.
I am thankful for my health and for my body. I have been exercising regularly again and I am down 4 pounds so far (in two weeks). It feels good to move my limbs and become stronger and to shape my body.
I am grateful for my mind and mental health. I am so thankful that I am mentally tough and resilient. I am grateful for my gracious demeanor, and the fact that it is on my heart to help others, to help them grow, and to support people in need. I really love that about myself, and I hope it never changes. I am grateful for time and space to put myself first (or at least learn how to) and to value myself more.
I am grateful that I have two job interviews lined up for this coming Monday. One is a second interview, and the other is at a place where I did my initial internship while in graduate school. People think it's weird to return to your hometown, but I am so thankful for it. It was the chicken soup that I needed. It is restoring my soul and I feel at home.
