Always on call 24/7/365. Have to be available to reply back to company emails at anytime. Have to send out a company wide email if your unavailable to replay back to emails for any amount of time. Zero work life boundaries.

@Bigwill75 oh okay I work 230 days out of 365. I enjoy a month of at a stretch than every 15 days but thats just me.
Do you enjoy it, go travel, catch up..?
