Always on call 24/7/365. Have to be available to reply back to company emails at anytime. Have to send out a company wide email if your unavailable to replay back to emails for any amount of time. Zero work life boundaries.
Don't get me started...

@Bigwill75 Yep, it does! Nobody likes that company policy! And then the CEO and VP wonder why there is a 70% staff turn over rate......
