I Have a Question

How can i get my laptop to let me use yahoo? its always freezing up everytime i want to use it, i used to be able to get it to unfreeze and now i cant get it at all, it crashes, i did fill out a crash report and wondered if they can fix it from there, do they get the ip address to do it, im using chrome on that and other browsers do the same thing, im tired of not being able to use it, im on my netbook right now, any suggestions?

If you tried other browsers, it's probably something else. You don't have many programs running at once right? That suggestion about cleaning up & optimizing your computer is another good suggestion. Make sure your RAM is not being eaten up too.

@pearllederman: well unplug router and wireless receiver for about 30 seconds and plug back in and press the reset button on each unit.

@pearllederman: usually the reset button is at the back of the unit. You will need a paper clip and straighten it up to put it in the small hole .

There's a Yahoo chrome extension in the Chrome App that you can install and get on Yahoo. Yahoo had a major security breach that stole lots of passwords and emails.
