I’m not sure either of them are. Reality can be very challenging for me because of my issues. I often struggle with what is real or not.

@DarkHeaven I regress... But it's never about " being" Zen nor metaphysical for me. I'm no spiritual guru. My post are a reflection of those things I ask myself daily. I certainly empathize with your condition Dark, but might you find hope in the fact that most with such have no idea nor the ability to acknowledge it ❤️

@Trippy I can talk off public thread but I have to be careful what I share publicly because there are those that would use it to exploit my illness and victimize me.
