How do you motivate yourself to do work?

Goals

I'll tell myself that I'll treat myself to something good if I do this amount of work, but only if I do this amount of work.

It's the reward system, basically.

Work I earn money for is self explanatory. House work though…no idea 😂

I just do it. Oh, coffee, lots of coffee too

Find a way to have fun with it, if possible.

I think about the payday to come
