How do you like your eggs?

Egg muffins are awesome to have prepped. Egg whites, a couple whole eggs, lean ground turkey, sauteed onions and mushrooms, low fat cheese.

If just making some on the spot usually a bunch of egg whites with a couple whole eggs scrambled with some low fat cheese.

Omg the exact same way.

But I add little pizza toppings on them.

I like them in an omelet or over heard

Basted rare with buttered toast.

Fried with the lid on until the yolks are cooked, with pepper and salt (in that order because I like more pepper than salt).

Fried with baked beans, rashers of bacon, sausages, hash browns, 2 pieces of toast and chopped tomatoes.

Over hard. Salt and pepper. Though scrambled with cheese is great too.

Fried. I only have eggs for breakfast when I'm on holiday.

Used to absolutely love cheese omelettes.

Very lightly fried, yoke just before it turns hard.

Fried or poached, but anyway is good really.
