Being gluten free sucks when you live in a developing country

Nobody gives a shit. There is no gluten -free option on menus. EVERYTHING has gluten. Ppl act like it's sth you do for show-off and they think being gluten free and being vegan/vegetarian is basically the same thing. There is just two company that produce gluten-free stuff and one of them sucks, and for using the other you should be approved on a list that you have celiac. You know how many ppl are on that list where I live? 50! Only 50 ppl on that list in this city, and I live in a metropolis! Yeah, ofc you can find gluten-free products imported from other countries, but they are too expensive to live on them.
Fuck!

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Wheat has been hybridized to the point that it’s highly inflammatory plus wheat is being doused by Roundup spray right before harvest and it’s been known to be erosive to the digestive system. I never had a problem with it till 2012 and then it was bad.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout yeah I mean how many ppl would know that there is such a thing? Also, many of these diseases, syndromes, and allergies have developed in recent years because of the certain way we live. I think we would be dead because of natural selection by now if we lived when medicines were not this advanced. I'm sure I myself would be dead by the age of 5.
