@Ladyred That's a good question. I think they are more common when people have things to celebrate and go out but with the lockdown people are left with little means to socialize and maybe yeah, some are trying to entertain themselves by taking selfies and sharing them.

I don't think it can replace in person connections though. Online friendships are pretty limited, everyone needs more

@Ynotisay I mean I'm not them so unless I've walked a mile in their shoes I have no room to judge. Also enough of my own stuff to judge, but I also don't understand it completely. I mean to be fair I do love costumes and dressing up pictures, but that is more fantasy and magic. Whatever happened to mystery, intrigue, flirting nay I say courting!??....(; What will happen to body language, auro's and energies in this brave new technological communication?

@Ladyred It's not about any of that. It's about insecurity and needing validation. This is just a tool to serve that.
