I Love to Exercise

Dancing in a club til 4am is a perfect way to counteract all the calories in whatever you're drinking :P

But that aside I love to work out, at the gym, swimming, running, yoga (you're still a lot of the time but I think it counts), and aerial gymnastics as well. And being with my lover can be a workout as well...

Either way it's an essential part of my routine and I feel rotten a day I don't do some kind of exercise

People who aren’t fit and active can’t go dancing till 4 am . Good for you ! Stay at it . Especially after you’ve had your kids ! 😉👍🏻

Exercise before breakfast is the best way to burn off calories.You use up body fat as there is no fresh energy available from food.

I agree also with the lockdown it has made me put on weight, I need to do more exercises but im working on it.
