I Love to Exercise

Dancing in a club til 4am is a perfect way to counteract all the calories in whatever you're drinking :P

But that aside I love to work out, at the gym, swimming, running, yoga (you're still a lot of the time but I think it counts), and aerial gymnastics as well. And being with my lover can be a workout as well...

Either way it's an essential part of my routine and I feel rotten a day I don't do some kind of exercise

Wow, you're busy. If you can keep up this type of activity level you'll be doing wonders for yourself down the road.
