I Am On A Weightloss Journey

7 day weight loss plan;
I'm going to be eating 1600 calories
3 hours of strength and cardio workout

I don't care how much I lose I just want too shed some pounds on my leg and stomach

if you exercise that much your muscles will just retain massive amounts of water from all the stress they're under

It won't be 3 hours at a time I'm doing two separate 1 hour sessions and two 30 minute sessions 😊👍

Three hours seems alot for a beginner you'll loose interest and get discouraged plus you'll be starving after that workout

I've loved exercise since I was a little kid, sports is my only way of becoming stress free and it's the only thing I feel I'm in control of so getting back into it will be easy 👍😊

train wisely as muscle weighs 3 times that of fat, so if build big muscles may find weight can actually increase

Because of the cardio i will be losing weight and fat whilst the strength training and low impact workouts will ensure I don't lose muscle mass 😄
