I Am On A Weightloss Journey

7 day weight loss plan;
I'm going to be eating 1600 calories
3 hours of strength and cardio workout

I don't care how much I lose I just want too shed some pounds on my leg and stomach

Three hours seems alot for a beginner you'll loose interest and get discouraged plus you'll be starving after that workout

I've loved exercise since I was a little kid, sports is my only way of becoming stress free and it's the only thing I feel I'm in control of so getting back into it will be easy 👍😊
