I Want to Lose Weight

I want to lose about 30lbs but I keep eating sweets :( What keeps you guys goal focused?

It's all accountability. You munching on them sweets is your choice alone...no one is making you do it. Decide that you want it and tell yourself you're strong enough to obtain it. There's no trick to it...it's your own head owning up to it that will get you there.

@SW-User I used to be an achievement hunter. No more. I've got too much going on and can't invest the time. Too many games are out now lol.

@BlackHeart Bloodborne was too intense for me, stopped playing almost immediately. All of the games by that developer are. I watch others play and live it through them.

I platinum trophied bloodborne 馃挭 would never consider doing that for ds3, just thought id take a moment to brag about it because i nearly lost all my hair on that game

When I was intended on losing weight someone once told me that the best way to look at "dieting" is to call it "eating SENSIBLY" ...I LOVE sweets, try not to feel like it's a torturous task to not eat them. Hey maybe somedays you wanna chow down and other days you're like "mehh screw it, I love food too much" haha

Lol sugar is the most addictive drug for me too 馃槀 i take a pre workout that destroys my appetite and gives me the energy to work out for maybe 3 or 4 hours

Mmmm i could use a nice piece of sirloin cooked medium rare, seasoned with herbs and a side of buttery mashed potatoes covered in gravy and sprinkled with caramalised onions... oomg you just ruined my diet im having that todayyyy

I look at fitness models and videos of fit people doing amazing things. That keeps me motivated :)

I somehow managed to turn the switch and completely stop the snacking I used to do when I'm alone. I still take treats from others and lbs went off quite quickly.

I'm still eating bread, but not sodas. It's mainly water for me. :)

I don't eat bread or drink soda. Also cut out dairy for the most part. Some days I just really like cookies though :/ especially around my period. And whenever work is particularly stressful. I need to find another way to cope with stress.

@dissolution I see that's a problem. My tactic was to eat normally and no self induced extra's, but if it's stress that may not work :(
