I Want to Lose Weight

I want to lose about 30lbs but I keep eating sweets :( What keeps you guys goal focused?

@dissolution Sweet! I think I will workout between 4-6 days a week for like 25 minutes per day at [i]least[/i]. Mostly muscle training cause from experience, cardio doesn’t do much for my body and I just dread it. I don’t like to overdue it cause I tend to get burnt out easily heh Do you plan to work out as well?

@Scarlet5 Yeah I work out usually Tues-Sat for 30 to an hour. Might do morning and after work at night with another friend. I like cardio but I really want to tone and build muscle too. Do you have a fitbit?
