When I was intended on losing weight someone once told me that the best way to look at "dieting" is to call it "eating SENSIBLY" ...I LOVE sweets, try not to feel like it's a torturous task to not eat them. Hey maybe somedays you wanna chow down and other days you're like "mehh screw it, I love food too much" haha
