What is the obsession with liberals on here? I really don't get it. It seems that's all some ever talk about 🤭.

I see both, but recently heard that the USA is left-leaning and that is why less republicans.

I was never this way until tRump, and worse after he threatened to kill my pension and health insurance. He lost the Senior Citizens with that crap.
In 2008 crash, we lost 3/4 value of our home and most value in our 401(k), right before retirement. Can't recover that late in life. Then they bailed out the banks and threw us away.
So when tRump pulled that one, I was all in to fight against him. So what did those tRumplicans do? Told us we should be willing to die of Covid to save the economy for the kids and grandkids! Imagine that, a bunch of repubs who wanted those like me -. who built the economy - to die because we cost money! And I never had kids or grandkids!
That was the last straw. Now it is about MY LIFE, not just opposing ideologies.@DontLikeMondays

@FlowersNButterflies I think most governments had the same idea, to hell with the pensioners and those over a certain age, think of the people who will be the future.

@DontLikeMondays Whether they did or didn't, we are traumatized now. And traumatized people are in need of healing. Healing often comes through talking it out. It is "unfair" that we should have to shut up about our suffering.
We are the ones with the needed input about how worthless we are. I hope that women and people of color fill public offices, and I hope religion is finished.

A year or so ago on Facebook, someone made a post about how they could save money at this local discount store. It was selling branded coca cola so I merely pointed out that you could save more money by buying supermarket brand drink. That was all that I said, nothing more, nothing left.
I had someone respond to me saying that I wanted to kill all disabled people, kill all poor people and get rid of the national health service. It was an obese, believe every label the left throws, benefit scrounging walrus of a person.
People like that politicise everything because they either don't have the intelligence to think things through, or have the self discipline to act on it, so try to convince others (but mainly themselves) that actually it's not that they are too stupid to have a normal discussion, it's that the other person has some evil intention against some group.

@Rose0415 we’ve allowed every discussion on everything to become this subjective thing where only feelings matter, and how much your feelings get to dictate are determined by your victim group. Or dismissed. If this class of people like you, they’ll say you have to listened to because of x victim status. And the evil part is, no matter who you are you will have one of: make, straight, white, not trans, able bodied. If you go against the woke and you are say black, they’d refer to your maleness. Or if you are gay they will dismiss you for not being trans and so on.
I’ve watched literally hundreds of hours in this stuff, many by professors. A lot of it is calculated by powerful people and taken on by people desperate for attention which they otherwise don’t get for lack of talent.

Society has become a bunch of emotional vampires and and children trying to get others to carry their feelings rather than do the emotional work to grow up. But regressionism has become a thing... look at the abortion issue for one example - long settled law being stirred up by religious addicts.
I rarely see adults anymore. I certainly have a dog in this fight because that same sick society is going to take me over and remove my civil rights due to a medical condition which is progressive, incurable and untreatable. It is genetic and I know what was done to my mother and her sister who died from it.
Add my circumstances to the day-to-day insanity and I make sense. I am trapped and any of you might be at any time, too.
