@indyjoe So I was on a WWII airplane board that was getting spammed by some religious verse dropping dude. I wrote a big long story all about a US bomber group that instead of nose art painted bible verses on their B-17's. The German fighters would come in close to read the verses, written in English on one side and German on the other, and get shot down by the gunners on the bomber. It was beyond believable, or so I thought... Some guy fact checked me down to the squadron number and called bullshit on me! It was a long time ago but I still have to laugh..
