Have you ever fallen off your bicycle? And if so how bad was it?

Me: A few years ago. I remember the speedo on the handle bars said I was travelling at 38km and hour. That was right when the back wheel came off. The handle bar turn left and I went sailing over the handle bars. Kind of somersaulted along the ground and came to a stop amid all the bits and pieces of my bikes gears and cogs.
4 cars drove past me as I lay there in a daze until one stopped and a lady asked if I was alright.
