I Am a Liberal

There are lunatics on both fringes. Its time for both sides to tone down the rhetoric and deal with issues with practicality and common sense, instead of vitriol and rampant emotion. Its the only way to resolve the very real problems we face.

Neither side is innocent, both push their agenda blind to valid concerns across the aisle. Both falsely see themselves as completely in the right and the other completely in the wrong. Its tearing the country apart and both sides are escalating the divisiveness instead of reigning it in.

The extremists on both sides make their respective positions pretty much an embarrassment. The thing is that these people don't argue against different views...they completely dismiss and attack those different views. Scroll the main feed on here for 5 minutes and you'll see plenty of it coming from both sides. I can't even say one side is really worse than the other...it seesaws back and forth.

When you realize the difference between a liberal and a leftist, the light bulb goes on, wisdom is born. There is no place in this country for leftists, they are the fascists of today which use race and class warfare to divide and destroy people. There is a culture war going on right now between the fascist left and those of us who cherish individual liberty. May the light shine the truth upon all and may this leftist plague finally become eradicated from our society....

Liberals who embrace the leftist ideology do not understand the damage this twisted ideology is doing to our country.

Yes they also limited the federal governments powers . That to keep the power to do all the things liberals want to do in each states control. Your wrong that conservitaves don’t want social isues delt with. Health care and much more. But the constitution explicitly limits federal power from doing that. Its the states rites to do. Now if you want to give the federal gov that power. You have to amend the constitution to give the power. The amendment process has worked. Read the amendments that exist. The problem is liberals while using the constitution when convienient . Never obide by it. Make the case amend the constitution to give federal gov that power or leave it to each state to decide as the constitution states

Your rite. The problem is in the two party system. The Democrat party has Liberals , beleave in america first ideas taking care of our people and so on. Here comes the problem also socialists comunists . Believe in marxism . Now conservatives have much incolmon with liberals just have different ideas to acheive these things. They tend to be in republican party. Now there problem Also have globalists, capitalusts . True liberals and conservatives believe in our constitution bill of rites and US sovernty . Liberal and conservatives always have worked together. Its the Maxest progressives cominists both liberals and conservatives should be concerned about . These ideologies stand in direct opposition to our common values .

I highly respect you for saying that. I don't care what someone's political views are either as long as they're not an extremist who can't handle differing opinions and bully you for not agreeing with them.

I could get along with nicely even though I am a conservative I respect others views and love to have differing conversations as long as they are logical and respectful. Good for you.

I don't buy the "both sides" narrative. Rarely do "libruls" threaten those who question them with death, rape or violence. Conservatives will criticize this post. That's what they do.

I dislike using the term liberal. What you describe is someone with a love of humanity! The rabid conservatives love to denigrate those who believe all humans deserve certain inalienable rights! Remember, that term was indelibly put into our founder's documents.
