I Am Miserable

I see people all the time on this site/EP who've fallen to the point where their entire self image, and what they put out into the world, has become completely bound up in the idea that they're garbage/worthless/hopeless/noFuture, that their life is trash and will always be trash. And I've never understood it. I'd genuinely like to understand why - to understand what you get out of focusing on your self-loathing to the exclusion of everything else.

Stay strong, everything will fall into place with time, if you were strong enough to survive 9 months in the womb you are strong enough to overcome this time.

Go out and find meaning, help someone who needs it, do something you've always wanted to do, the choices we make today determine who we are tomorrow.

I've looked at the titles of your posts, and most of them seem pretty dark.
