Hahahaha! No! But it is a good idea to start taking turmeric and fish oil . 😉

I'm 64. I didn't start to develop random aches and pains until my 50s, and even now, they are not a big deal. I get a lot of exercise and keep my weight down. That helps.
Waking up with a sore ankle is a little odd, very unlikely to be just random and age-related. You did something to it, probably yesterday, without realizing it. If it persists, see a doctor.

At 29 I did not believe the warnings. By 31 I was missing a leg 😅

The 30s are objectively better tho even if you hurt yourself sleeping.

@CountScrofula Thank you! Hopefully I stop doing that, because honestly, hurting myself sleeping just makes me sound... I don't know. Pathetic? It's probably not the right word, but it sure feels like a dumb thing to do!
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
@FaeLuna I promise it's a running gag amongst everyone out of their 20s. It's so universal that once you hear how many other people complain about it, you won't feel fragile or weak in the slightest.

When you get to be my age you'll wonder why you bothered to live so long. Go climb Mt. Everest while you can!

The neck strain due to overly exciting dreams is a common one

It can be, it hasn't got any better for me. Don't waste your 30's
if you're lucky. the alternative tends to be worse as far as we know.

Not really, but I suppose it depends on your health

You have no idea of what awaits you!
