Today I will start my intermittent fasting. I choose to do the 16:8 one as I think it will work best for me in comparison to the other types. Hopefully this will work, wish me luck! :)
@Wol62 Tbh he has not but I did some research yesterday on it an its not a dangerous diet because I am still eating. If I do notice it starts effecting me negatively in the next week I will definitely stop it. I am going try it for a week till next Saturday and see if I get results. Also, you make a good point, I am going contact my psychiatrist trrw to just incase to let him know.
@JaneCas uuuh. I most often eat once a day and I gain a lot of weight lol.

I've gone two weeks without eating before. I wouldn't recommend going more than a day or two. Drink a lot of water. It's easy to get dehydrated when you aren't eating anything.
