Today I will start my intermittent fasting. I choose to do the 16:8 one as I think it will work best for me in comparison to the other types. Hopefully this will work, wish me luck! :)

@Wol62 Essentially I will only be only able to eat 8 hours out of the day. I choose to eat between 1pm to 9pm. I will exercise like I usually do and eat low calorie diet. I choose this this type of diet because I have been gaining weight because of my psych meds so I am trying different things out as it is harder to lose weight while taking my medication. I hope this explains it.
@Wol62 Tbh he has not but I did some research yesterday on it an its not a dangerous diet because I am still eating. If I do notice it starts effecting me negatively in the next week I will definitely stop it. I am going try it for a week till next Saturday and see if I get results. Also, you make a good point, I am going contact my psychiatrist trrw to just incase to let him know.
