I Am SoberI've been sober for almost 9 years, and I do not wish another drink. But there are some foods that I eat that would taste so much better with a good beer or glass of wine.
I Am SoberDon't realise how much alcohol messes you up until you lay off it for a while. Decided to try and quit last year and have now gone 11 months. Feel great both physically and mentally.
