As of last night

Last night was my last night of drinking and smoking so I’ll be coming here to relieve my boredom so I’m sorry about that in advance hopefully I’ll be back at it next year I just need to stay clean to get a job and move on with my life

I think it will be a good change of pace and exciting I just have to learn a new way to spend my time. I’m hoping to be more productive but that hasn’t worked out yet lol @SW-User

@SW-User in my experience it takes a few days, maybe even a week, to adjust, and then you will happen upon what works best as substitutions. lots of hot mineral baths, plenty of exercise, and reading voraciously works for me.
