I Am Sober

Don't realise how much alcohol messes you up until you lay off it for a while. Decided to try and quit last year and have now gone 11 months. Feel great both physically and mentally.

Congratulations. I'm very happy for you. I stopped drinking alcohol 35 years ago. I've never missed it.
