I Work Out

I love exercise, so why is it so hard to get myself going sometimes?

Lately, I feel like I’ve gone through a battle when I wake up in the morning, and my back is aching a lot. I’m wondering if I need a new mattress.

I need to get moving and do 40-50 minutes of cardio. I know I’ll feel better when I’ve done it, it’s the just getting up and starting that can feel like a drag some days.

I love it too..and I am forcing myself to go this evening even though I feel tired and achy and want to stay home lol. Some days the motivation is tough.

Try waking up to coffee that gets me going. Your aches and pains also might be your body dealing with the change in season.

@Lostpoet I have coffee every morning. I did my workout, but feel like a nap. I didn’t sleep well last night.

I always struggle when I miss days. Habit helps me a great deal. Hope you figure out what’s causing your back to ache.

@trackman11 I did it, and still felt tired. I think it’s lack of quality sleep.
Do you also do core strengthening exercises to help with you back

@plAfulandalittleNaughty Yes, I do core and back exercises after my workouts.
@Carissimi I have a bad back, and I do my core first, it helps in preparing my back for the day
