I Work Out

So after a few days of procrastination over the holiday, I eventually got in a workout today, and feel better for it. 30-minutes of cardio and 30-minutes of weight training.

I usually eat healthy, but those higher fat, higher sugar, foods I ate over a couple of days made me feel awful...sluggish and drained of energy. I’m glad to be back to my regular eating and exercise regimen. I feel more awake now.

I have what I call a "pie tummy" from the holidays too. I will be back in the gym as soon as I can too.

Good for you, Mae. My body can’t take much of that holiday food without making me feel awful after a couple of days. @SweetMae

Things will be back to normal for all soon. It is no accident that the weight loss resolution happens right after Christmas.

I could do a LOT better about healthy living.

@SmartKat It’s amazing how the body gets used to healthy food, so that when you start eating more unhealthy food, it feels bad. You could start with one small change. Nothing that feels like deprivation to you.

I might think about working out one if these days...

I’m sick and tired of hearing about masculine toxicity, and feminists blaming men for everything, and thinking they deserve high regard for their “sacrifice” of giving birth. As though giving birth makes them a person of great character and virtue. None of us would be here today if men hadn’t sacrificed themselves to give us the blessings of modern day life.
Sorry for the rant. You can tell how fed-up I am with those women.@Groofydorkgerdo

@Carissimi I agree. I belive in equal rights, not special rights.

@Groofydorkgerdo Exactly.
