Interrupted by what?
SW-User
@SW-User Yes, exercise helps. But you also have to learn your own rhythms. A healthy bike ride at 9pm for me for an hour may lead to sleep at midnight (early for me) where a 10pm one may keep me up to 4 in the morning.

@AllelujahHaptism Lol You’ve Just summarised your problem. You have to work your body and mind, and get it into a routine, so that you’re exhausted by sleep time.

@SW-User I don't know, even in heavy work days before it so hasn't made a difference

Work tomorrow?
SW-User
@AllelujahHaptism Ahh, wanted to ask. I often deal with sleep issues, with shift work, but somehow I find sleep when I'm off (I think the sleep I find that way is my body forcing the subject of sleep on me).
You often find yourself thinking way too much when you are about to sleep?

@SW-User at all times of the day -_- my brain doesn't seem to have an off button

@AllelujahHaptism My brain seems to really only have an off button when I decide to focus my attention what brings me satisfaction, fun, and among others. Outside I do find a beautiful space listening to ambient music on a walk; that's pure bliss for me where I feel all neurons firing on all levels, and a perfect sense of balance. But that's a very particular time I guess I'm lucky to have.
