@SW-User waking up again, random noises, my dog etc

@AllelujahHaptism I’m guessing you’ve tried all the stuff people usually recommend?...
AllelujahHaptism · 36-40, M
@SW-User such as?
SW-User
@AllelujahHaptism Meditation, routine, exercise, diet, low lights, no devices... are ones that spring to mind.

@SW-User isn't stuff like that soused to be for getting to sleep for a night? Rather than after waking up
SW-User
@AllelujahHaptism The point of that kind of thing is not just about getting you to sleep, but keeping you in a restful sleep. Particularly exercise.

@SW-User but exercise..... Takes so much effort l
SW-User
@SW-User Yes, exercise helps. But you also have to learn your own rhythms. A healthy bike ride at 9pm for me for an hour may lead to sleep at midnight (early for me) where a 10pm one may keep me up to 4 in the morning.

@AllelujahHaptism Lol You’ve Just summarised your problem. You have to work your body and mind, and get it into a routine, so that you’re exhausted by sleep time.

@SW-User I don't know, even in heavy work days before it so hasn't made a difference
