As part of your fitness routine do you include crunches?

I like Captains in the morning usually... Throw in a Nestle's round midday.

Semi pro mind you. 💪

Not the same crunches, but I’d rather do planks and leg raises for my abs than crunches.

I used to when I was buffed out. Wanted six paks and worked my abs to the point I thought I would die! I told my trainer I would never attain them but he said, "You already have them David, they are just hiding behind all the junk you eat" I gave up the gym shortly thereafter.

Well...it’s not a full on crunch, but the one where you move your abs from side to side to touch your ankles. I mean it def hurts more- does this count?

@DecafD Certainly... I count the size of the bowl I use. So...yeah.
@Bratt haha I count the number of times I lift the fork to my mouth as well
