As part of your fitness routine do you include crunches?

I like Captains in the morning usually... Throw in a Nestle's round midday.

Well...it鈥檚 not a full on crunch, but the one where you move your abs from side to side to touch your ankles. I mean it def hurts more- does this count?

@DecafD Certainly... I count the size of the bowl I use. So...yeah.
@Bratt haha I count the number of times I lift the fork to my mouth as well
