I am not married but my girlfriend has it. Extremely tough

@SW-User Just over a year. Still a lot to understand and that is what I am working on. I am actually seeing a therapist to better understand. She is almost 30 years old and to see that she is still affected by something that happend years ago is tough.

Has she sought out help from a professional specializing in caring for those with PTSD? Some psychologists don't have the right skill set or knowledge on how to handle this complex and tricky condition.

@SlaveEt She is seeing a therapist that supposedly specializes in PTSD. I feel like the therapist is not forward enough if that makes seance. This is such a big problem for her. Everyday I see how this affects her. It's so overwhelming.

I know how it is to be in your girlfriend's position. Most people can not handle my issues (ptsd, anxiety and depression).The best thing to do is support her and love her where she's at.
