Any tips? weight gain

Need advice for gaining muscle as a hardgainer. I was for a bit but I hit a wall. I've increased my dumbell weight from 40lbs to 50lbs and doing low reps in several sets, gonna increase how much I eat also.

I have pretty good advice if you want to increase your fats, but not muscles unfortunately.

@DeWayfarer I'm not a nutritionist/medical professional, my post was just a joke; but I suggest you to contact one if you think you're not gaining weight even if in spite of trying to? 😶

@Elessar Air Force tried then just let it ride. That was 43 years ago. That was where the 3000 calorie diet came from.

Take creatinine supplement.

@Ryannnnnn you don't need a kilo of creatinine lol. Just order like 250gms. And takea spoonful mixed in lukewarm water just before you start workout. After you finish your workout take your protein supplement. You should go for isolated whey. It worked for me and I got amazing results.

@SW-User Yeah I've got isolated, haha well I plan to be doing this as a lifestyle so It'll get put to good use. Most of my issue is I haven't been in a caloric surplus most of the time so I just haven't gained, only toned.

@Ryannnnnn have carbs like oats and sweet potato.
