Need advice for gaining muscle as a hardgainer. I was for a bit but I hit a wall. I've increased my dumbell weight from 40lbs to 50lbs and doing low reps in several sets, gonna increase how much I eat also.

@Elessar I have been on a 3000 calorie minimum diet for over 40 years. If I don't do anything I might gain a few pounds. Yet not much. Currently my BMI is at 18. I don't do much anymore. Yet it has been as low as 16 when I was working. That's totally unacceptable! 😞
@DeWayfarer I'm not a nutritionist/medical professional, my post was just a joke; but I suggest you to contact one if you think you're not gaining weight even if in spite of trying to? 😶
