I had great workouts yesterday and MondayOnly to follow it up by eating too much pizza then part of a cookie today 🤦
the pizza place friends and i were at ....last night ... one time got busted fof trafficking cocaine ... as we were chowing down on our slices ... we simultanrously looked over , to just beside our table , to see 2 large white bags of flour .... we had an awwww moment .
Yeah! Egg sandwich sounds good...quick, easy, tasty... *somehow manages to drop the whole carton on the floor* .........*sigh* frozen pizza it is
