What was your high school stereotype/label?

Examples: Jock, nerd, geek, loner, freak, stoner, hot Cheeto/Taki chick, swag fag, hippie, hipster, goth, skater, etc. I’m sure some of these overlap at times. I might be missing some but I’m not too sure what new ones exist nowadays. I graduated HS in 2015. I know stereotypes are kinda BS because people are more complex than their labels but you have to admit that people will label you anyway because that’s reality...

I went to a really small high school and I was known as That One Black Girl by kids in different grades who didn't know me very well. But 9th and 10th grades, I hardly was ever at school because I was going through shiit. Those were supposed to be the fun years of high school and I missed all that being dumb and stupid 🙄🤦🏿‍♀️

@DearAmbellina2113 I remember goths being some of the coolest people I’ve ever met. Very down to earth. I also remember a particular scent that this goth dude always had whenever he was around. It was like a smoky metal scent.....I can’t quite explain it but it smelled cool.

I graduated in 1994.
I was a bit of a jack of all trades, a "people horse" as my mom called me. Instead of a clothes horse that could wear all sorts of styles, I could hang around with more than one group.
I preferred the "wrong side of the tracks" kids.

@HermannFegelein I mostly got drugs from my older sister, and she got them largely from her roommate.

@HermannFegelein I was friends with a lot of people so I always had groups that always had some drugs
I only ever smoked weed 🤷🏽‍♀ never did anything else
I never had to buy it though 😌 I had a friend that was rich so she always wanted to get me high and then there were dumb guys always always offering

@SW-User Thats dope...I think weed would’ve taken the edge off a little bit. Probably would’ve made the days more interesting. 😄 I only discovered alcohol during my last semester in high school so I ultimately became a drinker but a solo one.

@Tnebigbadwolf In aesthetic maybe but stoners are usually chill and relaxed while punks are aggressive and energetic. Also, I know a lot of straightedge punks who don't smoke or drink.

@HermannFegelein It's cos bad metal is horrible and there's a LOT of bad metal. But good metal when you find it is some of the best music there is.

@SW-User I always thought nerds were cool but by definition I wouldn’t ever interact with them because I was a loner. But I was a loner who admired the nerds intelligence.

I dont think I really had one. Well until I was about 15 and then I suppose people saw me as a stoner or a drunk. By that point I hardly went to school anyway though.
