I thought the grieving process was supposed to last 9 months. It's been a year and I still miss her. Why is that?

Snickers was the best doggy in the world. Died this day last year. age 14.

Age 14? Well you had Snickers a long time, he (?) was family. There’s no set time to grieve, I’m sorry for your loss.

What makes it worse is that all the photo's I had of her was on a digital photo frame that was stolen 4 months back. So now I don't even have a photo of her. @dreamsicle

😔 everybody grieves differently and there is not a set time to grieve.. I'm sorry for your loss🤗
I'm so sorry you lost your dog. Grief will come and go maybe for a long time. Sometimes I take a little time to remember and then I try to shake it off by doing something else. Try to help other animals in need. I still have my pug but I am talking about my red cocker spaniel.

I had 3 dogs loved em all to bits. They all grew old and died all within 18 months of each other. That was 12 years ago. Haven’t been able to get another pet since probably never will. The loss is hard to take. I sympathise with you.

I still miss my black little Chihuahua I use to have. I only had her for a couple year's. But I got close to her. She was old when I got her.

Because everyone is different
nobody's quite the same
People will try to tell you
