I dont know

Am I ok ?? I have no idea, I don't feel okay but I'm breathing... hard but I'm breathing.

I don't feel ok, I don't know if I'm ok. Who cares idk, who will read?? Have no idea. It's probably just life right now giving me a hard time. I want to stop feeling like this. I don't think I feel ok.

Your blood pressure may be up. If you have a way to take your blood pressure, please do so. It could also be anxiety.

You are at the beginnings of a panic attack. Stop drinking caffeinate beverages for a couple of years and it shouldn't happen again.

In the meantime, there is absolutely nothing to fear. The very worst thing that could happen if you hyperventilate is that you might pass out. (Make sure you have a safe place to land, just in case). The most wonderful thing about passing out, is that while you are unconscious your brain will instantly re-set your breathing...in other words, the hyperventilation will stop and you will feel better.

If you can't stand the thought of fainting due to hyperventilation, try breathing into a paper bag, and only breathe in the air from the bag. CO2 sometimes helps.
There is some talk about anxiety-lessening clothing, similar to Thundershirts for dogs. It seems a grand idea to me.

A weighted blanket helps some (me included) sleep better. There is tight-fitting, weighted clothing, for children at least, to help with autism and other issues.

You could experiment on your own. For less than $2 you can get sinkers (fishing weights) at Walmart and put them into a t-shirt or pant/shorts hems. Try it at home, see if it works. At least it would keep you busy for a while.

Focus on your breathing. Listen to some calming music and close your eyes and just breathe deeply in and out. Let go of all your thoughts and let them flow undisturbed; do not engage your thoughts or think deeper into any one in particular. Just let them drift freely.
