Mostly weights and sometimes home gym. And almost always with out apparel...lol
In the past lots of weight lifting. Now a lot of walking / running / pushups, some yoga for flexibility and strength. Hoping to get back to heavy weights in a few months :-)

technically i cannot answer this question because i have no idea how many of us work out, i only know that I work out. i go to the gym 4-5 times a week, i also bike almost every day and do crosscountry and down hill skiing. at the gym i do a wide combination of things, weights, full body exercises, cardio, i have a trainer and a nutritionist that keep me on my toes.

I do one day of legs and stomach
The next day is chest shoulders and triceps and the third day is biceps and back rince and repeat and everyday is stomach

My job keeps me in shape but I still do calistehtics every morning for chest shoulders and stomach
