technically i cannot answer this question because i have no idea how many of us work out, i only know that I work out. i go to the gym 4-5 times a week, i also bike almost every day and do crosscountry and down hill skiing. at the gym i do a wide combination of things, weights, full body exercises, cardio, i have a trainer and a nutritionist that keep me on my toes.
