My caffine pill I took made me woozy. Do you think this will happen everytime?

I never knew caffine pills existed until my hyper, annoying coworker said she takes them.

I don't drink coffee because it makes me jittery. The pill didn't, just made me a little woozy and winded.

I will try again. But do you think my body will react the same each time or will it wear off maybe?
It's highly addictive. Don't take it.
@iamnikki Get up in the morning, and exercise. Go for a one hour walk and then start your day. See how energetic you feel after a few weeks.

@Vivaci I have to go to work in the morning. Up at 6a
@iamnikki ok..then start exercising after work....like they do in Australia. Everyone hits the gym after 6 pm...one hour ..then home.

The trouble with caffeine is that a person can build up a tolerance to it very quickly, but the more caffeine a person needs to get the same energy boost, the more danger there is of an overdose. I overdosed on caffeine a couple of times, and it was scary. The first time I overdosed, my whole body started shaking violently, and I didn't even realize at first that I was shaking. It just seemed like the whole room was shaking. The second time, I felt like two strong hands were squeezing my heart very hard and throttling it.

The effects might be a little more mild if you take it again, especially if you cut the pill in half, but this is something that you have to be very careful with, if you decide to go this route. As someone else said, it's way too easy to overdose because it's so much easier to take multiple pills than it is to drink too much pop, or even too much coffee.

Don't even start on them.... Seriously.

They are no good for you xx
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@Quizzical well folks drinl coffee every morning. What is the difference?
Quizzical · 46-50, M
@iamnikki The main problem is that caffeine is addictive, and although the caffeine content may not be much higher than in a strong coffee it's actually a lot easier to pop a couple of extra pills than it is to drink another two cups of coffee.

Also with all caffeine you get an energy low after the high, and it dips you lower than you started out at... So you feel like you need more pills and that turns into a vicious cycle.

It's just best not to start at all.

Have an isotonic drink instead. Get a boost from electrolytes.

Maybe you shouldn’t be taking them, too strong for your system.
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@cherokeepatti I don't know, I don't even drink coffee
Tomorrow · 56-60, F
Do not take them.
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@Tomorrow everyone is posting that. Can someone tell me why? I need to get more done in a day. It might help if i can not feel woozy each time
Tomorrow · 56-60, F
No one should have a reaction like that. Caffeine is a drug. Too much can mess with cardiac rhythms and make you dizzy and woozy. Repeated abuse of them can actually kill you. So don't take them. Dont drink the caffeine drinksneither. They can also affect your heart and kill you.

Lay off the pills!!
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@Indy74 I have taken that pill for the very first time the day I posted this. There isn't anything to 'lay off' of... I took it once...
Indy74 · 46-50, F
@iamnikki don't take anymore. Think of your health.
